HOMEWORK FOR THIS WEEK: Buy Ms. Enscoe lots of birthday presents (birthday -- April 4th) --> I like diamonds, blue topaz, and tanzanite, set in either platinum or white gold... ;o)

Just kidding (sort of). Here is this week's work:

SEPTIMI (VII):

Quiz on Tuesday, March 27th on Imperfect Tense verbs: How is it translated? ("was/were _____ing"); fill out chart with endings ("-bam, -bas, -bat; -bamus, -batis, -bant"); Conjugate two verbs into the imperfect tense (just like class work. e.g. amabam, amabas, amabat...); Translate from Latin-to-English (e.g. amabam = "I was loving") and English-to-Latin (e.g. we were annoying = "vexabamus"). Use your notes to study for the quiz!

Chapters 6-10 vocabulary quiz on Friday, March 30th. See previous posts for list of words. Multiple-choice.

Monday (for Tuesday): Study imperfect tense, Chapters 6-7 vocabulary, and finish redoing Chapter 13 translation (most are done with it, but in case you have not finished -- do it tonight! You hand it in tomorrow!).
Tuesday (for Wednesday): Study Chapters 8-9 Vocabulary.
Wednesday (for Thursday): Study Chapter 10 vocabulary.
Thursday (for Friday): MASSIVE VOCABULARY REVIEW!!!

OCTAVI (VIII):

Pompeii assignment due Tuesday, March 27th.
N.B.: Your quiz has been pushed back to THURSDAY, March 29th. Chapter 25 vocabulary (see previous post for word list), Future Perfect Tense and Pluperfect Tense verbs.

Monday (for Tuesday): Pompeii Assignment!!!!
Tuesday-Friday: Any incomplete classwork (make sure it is ready for the next day to review).
Wednesday: STUDY!!!!!
